Veal with Caper Sauce

Ingredients:
1 lb. veal round steaks, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1 Tbsp. capers, drained
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. pine nuts
Instructions:
Season veal with salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Cook veal 1-2 minutes per side, turning until lightly browned outside and white throughout. Transfer veal to a platter. Add garlic to same skillet and cook a few seconds, until fragrant. Add stock, capers and pine nuts and cook 1 minute. Serve sauce over veal.

EVEN MY DOG REFUSED THIS!
oh-a-my-a-god! this was so hideously disgustant that even my dog refused this! im sorry, but whoever wrote this is completley insane - this was the most disgusting thing iv ever seen! UGH!
