Place a large metal cake pan in the freezer. Working in batches, if necessary, combine all ingredients, except ice cubes and pineapple, in a blender. Purée until sugar has dissolved and mixture is smooth. Add ice cubes and process until smooth. Pour mixture into cold pan and freeze 45-50 minutes, or until partially frozen. Divide pineapple into individual serving glasses. Stir strawberry ice and spoon onto pineapple.
