Chocolate Ganache

Super rich chocolate topping for cookies,cakes,pastry & pies.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Total Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream (8 oz.)
  • 6 Tbs. Unsalted butter room temperature

Instructions:

In a small saucepan heat cream until it boils. Add chocolate and whisk until chocolate melts and mixture is shiny. Add the butter whisking it 1 tablespoon at a time until completely blended. Set aside at room temperature. for about 30 minutes or until it developes enough body to spread or dip cookies in.
