Salmon Dip Appetizer

Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 0 Minutes Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. canned salmon, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ripe olives, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsps. green onions, finey chopped
  • 2 Tbsps. parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest

Instructions:

Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Chill for 1-2 hours. Serve with chips, crackers, or raw vegetables.

 (Serves 8)

  Salmon Dip Appetizer

I made this to try a dip recipe using canned salmon rather than the smoked salmon ones I've tried. We all just loved it. My daughter-in-law won't eat fish, but she left with a copy of the recipe.
