Place meat in a shallow dish and pour Worcestershire sauce over. Cover and marinate 2 hours in refrigerator. Preheat oven to temperature 400°F. Place large roasting pan in oven to heat. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade. Rub meat with butter and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Place in hot roasting pan and roast about 10 minutes. Turn meat and roast until meat thermometer reads 125°F, about 10 minutes per 1 lb. Baste with reserved marinade halfway through roasting. Remove from oven and tent loosely with foil. Let stand 15-20 minutes before carving.
