1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. 2. Drain tofu and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Place in a wide shallow bowl. 3. Set bowl in a steamer basket. Cover and steam over high heat until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes. Spoon off liquid in bowl. Pour sauce over tofu. Sprinkle with furikake and serve. I had this dish while in Vietnam in the early 70's. I was in a hamlet near en-loc and the locals amde us a meal. This was one of the dishes. Eating it again for the first time since then I was overwhelled w/ memories of both the food and peopls I came to love,thank you for the memories.
