Instructions:
Pound the chicken breasts (between sheets of plastic wrap), until about 1/4 inch thick. Combine eggs, salt and pepper. Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture, then dip in the bread crumbs. Heat oil in a large skillet. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides and then drain on paper towel to remove excess fat.
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Put cooked chicken into a shallow baking dish. Stir tomato sauce, herbs and garlic powder into pan. Simmer for 5-7 minutes and then ladle onto the cooked chicken and
sprinkle with grated Parmesan, and mozzarella. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
