1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add wings and blanch for 3 minutes; drain. Pat dry with paper towels. 3. Place marinade ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add wings and stir to evenly coat. 4. Spread wings in a foil-lined baking pan. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Turn wings over and continue to bake until wings are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
