the recipe in today's newsletter is called Fish Fry Tilapia Fillet. It sounds good, but since I am not a chef, I am unsure about the recipe. Can someone please help me? What is, and where can I get Ginger paste and Garlic paste? Can powdered or minced version of ginger and garlic be used instead? secondly, the recipe says to combine all the listed ingreds for the marinade, and then, it says after the fish has marinated for an hour, I shoud fry the fillets. My question is, is the wheat flour in the ingred. list for frying, or does it go into the marinade like the directions say.. also, can all purpose flour be used instead? Same question for the oil... does it go in the marinade or is that for frying? Don't think 1 tspl would be enough to fry fillets in, right? So, if the flour and oil go into the marinate, do I flour or batter the filets at all before frying? Please be sure to answer all of my questions when you reply. I do not know if I can expect to hear from anyone or not. Please reply to my email adddress: whtzin101@aol.com Thank you very much
